  My hair is long...it reaches down to my back .
  Anywaz, I always wear my hair in a ponytail, but since summer has started and it's like 45 degrees Celsius where I live, I get sweaty and my hair doesn't stay in a high ponytail for long.
  
  What can I do to make it stay in a high ponytail?
  Any ideas?

  put hairspray in it or straighten it

  Put in about 3 or 4 bobbles, hard to get out but it works trust me I have really long hair too

  maybe use hairspray and tie it tighter. i almost always have my hair in a ponytail and i dont have any problems

  Get the hairbands that have special textures on them, to help keep up your hair. I usually find them at Walmart xD
