I did notice a couple spots on that part this morning and I put some moisturizer on it since I didn't have any lotion on hand and hydration is hydration.
And then at about 1 it started itching. -
Did you tell your parents? That sounds like a rash of some sort. Have you ever had chicken pox or measles?

They were just red spots the last time I was by my parents.

Well, you should probably give them an update. It's certainly something to keep an eye on.
My sister had a strange rash that remembered chicken pox, but she wasn't contagious and she never had a fever or flu. No one knew what it was. -
There's barely any redness there anymore though and it's feeling better. I think I'm fine
