  My fingers are raw.
  I'm sort of musiced out.
  But I really need to practice my clarinet and see if it works
  I also need to finish this chapter
  And do my homework
  
  What I'll do is I'll make sure my clarinet plays well, then do the chapter. My brain needs a rest.
