You don't need to change your mind just because of someone else opinion.I believe as well I'm an Orthodox, and I know a. lot of people who don't believe, but I still believe.

No no you got it wrong luv, i BEEN stopped believe like that because when i was for God and when i was christian i saw no change.. i was still depressed even after asking for him to help me. i prayed i read my bible, i worshiped with music and etc.. but he didnt help me. so i gave up. but thank you, your words hit deep in my soul. i like what you said. :)

I hope I helped you, tomorrow in the study forum I will be making a thread called depression, and you are Wellcome, I have Anxiety, PTSD and depression ,so when you go trough a lo of things you just realise, and you become wiser, and you need to believe truly and you will feel that in your heart, don't always listen to your brain, let your heart speak as well.😊

Whoops, sorry for not answering. The reason why is because when I had found out I was LGBTQ+, I had learned that I’d most likely be going to hell. I had been taught ever since I came out that I’d be going to hell, even if they didn’t mean they wanted me to. Everyone always made a big deal out of my sexuality and my gender.
Second reason is that it was never interesting to me. Sounds like a stupid reason, but it’s not my fault. I’m more interested in learning things that are important, not beliefs.
Last reason, there are a lot of toxic Christians, which made me scared to go to church, lowering my belief. I just stopped believing a couple of months ago.
I never want to believe again and I’m tired of hearing about it. I believe in reincarnation now.

@Gacha_Summer those "toxic" Cristians don't really believe in god, they, just do it for fun.
And you still have a whole life to live, you can fix your mistakes, god does exist, if you want I will tell you something true that happened to me and a mother person.Oh and you here we go again no offence @Gacha_Summer, but yeah "Sounds like a stupid reason" just like a person who I know, and LGBTQ+ that is not Cristian religion, who told you that in the name of the world?! @hermiony, when im crying like this i yell to God (but whisper while crying and tears rolling down my face) ¨why didnt you help me¨, why are you doing this to me, why dont you be here for me, or ¨all i asked was for you to help me be happy¨ and pretty much stuff like that. i thought he loved me.. and btw i do believe in God i just stopped being christian but i definitely have issues with faith
