Jill does more than any other mod on this site. She CARES more than any other mod on this site, even about people she doesn't particularly like.
And just for the record, emy.. You're NOT the only one these trolls are targeting. Idk if you haven't seen that, or if you just don't care, but other users are ALSO being harrassed in a very similar manor. And despite who they are, they aren't getting anything you're not. -
That would be true, what you said, if it was known that there is a misunderstanding. What im saying is, both sides see the situation in their own understanding, so on both sides, including hers, there is atleast a reason to blame. If that makes sense
So theres no reason to argue. If one thinks mods arent trying, and another thinks they are, and sees the picture that way, its just a misunderstanding of the one situation thats going on. So you have to see that you shouldnt be arguing over a situation seen through a translucent perspective.
In your case I would have explained instead of defending the situation, understanding that there are misunderstandings of the situation. I see that as just a level of humility and reason you should use as a mod to make sure all problems get handled the best way they can be -
I'd even go as far as to say Jill, more than anyone, wants a way to get rid of these trolls for good- But as she has pointed out, the ONLY THING that can be done is the deletion of posts and accounts.
If you need to get off because you can't handle the trolls, no one is blaming you or judging you. But it is so incredibly unfair to accuse the mods of not doing enough when they are doing everything within their power to preserve the safety of this website and its users. -

I think I understand where you are coming from. However, I disagree that there is no reason to argue. Had I stayed quiet, people would have assumed we had done nothing. And I, for one, do not want to see the hours of effort we put into this situation be flushed with a single message of blame. I will admit, I should have thought twice before hitting submit on this particular thread. But I think it is unfair that she can make a public statement, and yet... Those of us who put forth so much of our time into this issue are expected to just take the blame silently.

I have been summoned by the great Eggaly, because this is total bulls---. It’s the reason why I left GTQ to go to Quotev. The environment feels a lot safer and a lot less abusive. And unlike GTQ, there’s a lot more done about it, and there’s not f---ing favoritism showed towards a certain mod. What the f--- you guys?! I’m really disappointed in all of you.

Maybe the way you worded it could have been taken wrong, Jill, but Emy openly made a claim that the mods are showing favoritism and not handling her trolls the best they can.. Which is just false. And bulls---.
