I was harassed in the same way you were. I understand the frustration. But the blame is on the person behind the act. Targeting moderators that put hours of work into deleting accounts, writing emails, researching legal action... That's not right. Even if you're emotionally charged and frustrated, that is not right.

Wait, so here's the outline of my understanding. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Emy is continuously being harassed by trolls. The mods are doing all they can to help. Emy doesn't think they're helping enough, or as much as they potentially could, and is therefore upset about it, and targeting the blame on them in her anger/being upset. -
Yeah but Emy isnt targeting you, shes saying what you have or havent done, whether you want to make a big deal out of it or not is your decision

You're right, I probably wouldn't have. That's because I'm not speaking as a mod. I'm speaking as Jill's friend. I'm tired of people trying to walk all over her, and in this case, when you don't even know what's going on? You have no right to talk to her like that.

as a user of this site, i really don't feel cared for whatsoever. i don't feel like the people running this site are trying to keep it safe for everyone, and i do sense favoritism.
i've contacted the mods about it on multiple occasions. my word is never taken seriously, and no one is taking anything i say seriously.
This is blame. And as someone who went through the exact same issue as Emy, I am going to respond to the public blame with a public response. -

Yeah atleast theres some sound reason to be arguing with jill about it, being a mod you should understand how to handle situations like this without taking it personally, and if you are unable to do that maybe it says something about your worth as a mod

Arguing is one thing. I don't agree with Jill's wording myself. Arguing does not have to mean disrespect.
