it’s a good idea to reach out and ask for additional help! you’re young and i feel like in a lot of parents efforts to have the best for their children, they force an unnecessary expectation of perfection upon them.
everyone here is incredibly smart and cham, a B- is a lovely mark to receive, but i know it’s frightening when you have strict parents. remember to do your best and realize there’s more to life than this as you move along. it’s hard when you’re in school, but when you remove that pressure, excelling academically becomes an easier and more achievable process!!
i truly hope for your success and satisfaction through education though <33
i’m sorry if this didn’t help or make sense. but my heart goes out to you because i lived it and instead of excelling, i ended up burning out and finishing under the point i was actually able to produce quality work. i know you can get through this!! we believe in you here 💜 -
Lowest score I can get - 73
Highest - 88
Please wish me luck -
Good luck, Cham! Despite what you say, a B isn't bad. At least your parents know that you put effort into it and that's what matters in the end <3

A B isn’t that bad :)
Cheer up! -
In her books it is.

In my parents books a B is bad. I get grounded if I have below a C, and get yelled at if I have below an A. It’s not as bad as getting grounded, but it’s still not great.

My mom is okay with me getting ANY kind of grade ('cuz she knows I try my best). My dad, he freaks out if I get a 79 or lower; -.-
