So the current situation is that I may be living part time at my dad's house and part time at my grandparents because my grandpa is adamant that I never have to be in the same room as my stepdad or speak to him again. My mom said that because his breakdown was mental, he can recover, but he's always hated me. And he doesn't trust medications. So who's to say he won't lash out again? My grandpa said that because he blames my mom and his relationship on me, he might try to hurt me if they get divorced. I hope they do. -
He also stole my xbox and destroyed my tv, which my grandparents got me for Christmas. So.

My mom told me yesterday that my stepdad wanted to come over to see my brother (his son) and to say sorry to me. She asked if I wanted to see him and I said no. We then talked for a while about why and what's gonna happen and stuff, and I ended up sleeping at my grandparents again so that my stepdad could see my brother. My grandpa agrees that I shouldn't see him yet because whatever sorry he says won't be true and he's just sorry that someone found out how terrible he's been treating me all these years.
I don't know if I should've just seen him and hear him out but I don't want to... -
no, you were asked if you wanted to see him and you said no because he hurt you and your family. if you don't want to, then that's that. stand your ground and keep your head up high, even if you feel down

Thank you so much, that cleared up a lot of my doubt. My mom said that she's like it iif It would consider seeing him, but I really don't want to and I don't think that I will.
