I found a post from GTQ Guy that ideally, the site should be 15+, but there's no way to enforce it. So I'm not sure how we'd go about figuring out all under 15 (or just under 13) users.

But the site's terms of service is that you must be 15 or older. So technically, we should probably delete her. It doesn't matter if she's friends with anyone or not.
