I just hope I'm here to see the results. I've already submitted my picture.

Well, submissions will be locked on June 12th. The goal is to allow community voting for 2-3 days (due to timezones and general business), so voting will end the morning of June 15th. I will tally up the votes and announce the winner sometime that same Monday.

Does anyone feel like they need 1 extra week to make the deadline? -
I have minor concerns regarding the fact that I've requested an account deletion, and that may impact the contest threads. 😅
I screen recorded the art entries, and screenshot the prize list and dates/plans for voting. I'll probably make a google drive and upload entries as back up. I'll be making yet another thread come Friday, regardless of whether or not my account has deleted by then. -

I didn’t know about this contest because I just got back on recently. That said, would it be a burden if I partake in this or is it to late?

The last date to submit an entry will be this Friday, so if you're able to make something by then, you're more than welcome to join.
If you can't, I already have plans to do another (more organized) one in the future, so you can always wait for the next if you don't want to be rushed. -
