My friend's mom used to make me christmas tree shaped sandwiches when I was little, using a big cookie cutter.

I've only had plain old rectangles and triangles.

I liked the tree ones because they cut off the crust and I didn't like the crust

I like the crust. Not on certain kinds of breads, though.

When I was a kid, I'd see a tiny bit of black on food, and be like, "IT'S BURNT!" Then my dad put a piece of bread in the toaster oven for a super long time, and he showed it to me. It was completely black. Then he said, "That's burned." Then I never complained about it again.
