Im trying to avoid impulsive spending so i can afford therapy but i don't think ill be able to :/

Idk if this mood stabilizer is for me. Lately I've felt hypersensitive to everything. I cry a lot easier and I become frustrated a lot easier. I want to take it through the end of the month and talk to the doctor again before I give up. I might just be having the same problems as always, with my health and new stressors being the cause of my sensitivity.

b----.. I can't clean my room or bathe myself. Not sparkly at all. -
I started to clean my room and gave up halfway through so here's a to-do list for tomorrow:
[] Gather laundry and put a load on
[]pick up and take put garbage
[]clean nightstand
[]clean dresser
[]clean booksheld
[]clean desk
[]straighten athena's stuff
[]organize closet
[]bathe athena
[]vacuum room
[]fold and put away clothes
[]put bedding into washer
[]reward trip to buy snacks
Tonight will be a self care night. Id like to be in bed by midnight so I can get up around 7.
Feeling a little overwhelmed but. I want my room to be clean. At least i havent been leaving nasty food/dishes in here. Except for that one glass in my closet -shivers-
I think i might pull a bad habit and toss it into the woods instead of trying to wash it 😬 -
