So, you want to level up quick before Le1F, who is notorious for picking on newbs, comes on. You never really know when he'll come on, but fair warning.
To level up, you need to make quizzes and polls, and have people take them. And don't go everywhere, like, "Hi! Take my quiz!" "Take my Poll!" and things like that. We have a thread somewhere where you can advertise your quizzes. Quizzes bump you up the most, then polls, and I think that posts help you a tiny bit. Being on here for a while helps too.
The easiest level up is from Newbie to Novice. -
