Because I have a school interview (for getting accepted) next week and I'm kind of freaking out because I have no idea what I should say.

practice!

have somebody look up questions to ask you, get good at answering on the spot

act confident and try to hide your nervousness
sit up straight, maintain eye contact, smile, speak in a pleasant tone
also ask questions, be engaged
nod after they say things and confirm you can hear them by saying "okay" and stuff like that, but don't be too monotonous
go over potential questions to prepare yourself for answering -
