So im planning on upgrading my 10 gallon tank to a 20, and with it im planning on getting a carp of some sort. How ever, i currently have a few White Cloud Minnows, and im worried that the carp will eat them. Will it?

If possible keep the 10 gallon and keep the carp in the other tank (I'm no fish expert but it kinda just makes sense, unless for whatever reason you absolutely need to get rid of the 10 gallon like it being broken or something)

I was planning on giving the 10 to my Betta and his snail companion, as hes currently contained in a 5ish gallon bowl with a filter duck taped to it
