I have two beautiful babies and their names are Georgie (had him for a bit now) and Izzy (just got him today and I love him )

They're fighting in their cage and I'm kinda worried but they're supposed to be social creatures so hopefully over night they'll become acquainted

What creatures are they
I know with some rodents you aren't supposed to have two males or two females in the same cage because they'll fight. It may also have been a male and a female that will fight
Also could be because old one doesn't like new one, you may have to keep them in separate cages for a while -

And I know that, but we don't have the room for two cages.. Besides, they should learn to get along from the start, right? -
Okay yeah it is having two male guinea pigs that can cause a problem
It would be nice if they'd learn to stop fighting but that isn't always possible

This one says you don't always have to separate them as long as there isn't blood -
i'v heard you should have them in 2 cages next to each other until they get along but it sounds like that's not an option

I mean you can't hear the scurrying of Georgie chasing Izzy, but neither of them seem hurt. Just asleep. Like five inches from one another, too
