So apparently I pulled some triceps muscle in my right arm and now it's really hard to play piano :(
Hopefully it'll get better by my lesson on Friday -

I actually had a really good day today
Well I've been discovering that all days are inherently the same--it's your responsibility to make them good or bad days
I've been having deep thoughts lately for once
Cody would be proud -
Did like 600 jumping jacks today or some s---
I might actually lose weight for real this time -
I just about died laughing because at one point I was doing some pushups just for the hell of it and my dog comes in and gets all excited because I was on the floor and she starts frickin harassing me and trying to lick my face and stuff
And I was just like "f--- OFF I'M BEING A RESPONSIBLE HUMAN FOR ONCE" -

It was less of a distraction than yesterday but I still had to twist it a bit awkwardly on some of the sforzandos
