I swear my brain is obsessed with watching me die

Like I'll be walking with my younger family members and in my head someone walks up to us trying to abduct the kiddos so I end up getting murdered by the dude to save them

Or I will be in an unrealistic world and end up dying for someone
Or I kill myself -
When I get these thoughts
I just imagine me standing in a dark room
The only source of light is a spotlight
The spotlight is on a noose with a chair below it
I just look at it in horror -
I can't escape it
Why am I like this? -
I know I'm being overdramatic
But sometimes I feel like this is all a sign I'm going to die

My brain is preparing me with the thought of death because it's going to happen
I sound like a lunatic
But I think about it so much it feels like I'm destined to die soon -

I know I'm not crazy but sometimes I feel something is wrong in brain -
