Please you're probably fine. And you can't control your nose size. Plus, I didn't even notice your nose because it fits your face. It didn't pop out to me. So that's a win in my book.

It's a thing where disliking something about your looks is human, but we all know the pain. So we feel that forcing compliments is the answer because we don't want the person to feel the pain of being insecure because we were/are there right with them.
