Nah you just make quizzes mostly to level up. There's a bar on your profile that levels up. Then your status can change and the wait time gets shorter

You can post often and create quizzes to level up.
Usually leveling up from Newbie to Novice is done by creating a quiz. Once you reach Novice, you can set a profile picture. After Novice, is Junior. When you reach Junior, you can post links.
