Use Grandpa Oatmeal Soap or Tea Tree soap to wash your face two times a day. Once in the morning and once at night. You can also take a shower with the brand Dial. I've been using that all my life. :\ -

I use olive oil instead of cornoil. I also try not to eat out alot even though I love food 😠-
