I just feel really bad all the sudden
I know why but I'm not gonna talk about it -
This kinda feeling comes when you hurt someone then see them happy but still feel like slitting your own throat for be such a bad person which you try to make up for it but deep down you know you suck and everyone around you knows it too

That's called depression...I think. I know when my meds are not longer in my system I feel like that. :/

Yeah but at least you got meds I don't tell anyone about thoughts like that I deserve to suffer in silence
