let me say something nice: i'm on top of all of my schoolwork, my mom is going to give me $20 for getting all A's, and we might move again into a really nice house -
it's small but it's cozy. it's all we need
it's such a pretty house. i hope we get it -
the school over there also doesn't (really) have a dress code so it makes me happy that i might go there next year

the new house that isn't ours yet but might be is close to a pretty pond
it's on an acre of land with just four houses (including the landlord's) and any real city-like activity is a drive away
it's much more peaceful and quiet than it already is in our current neighborhood
