BIG TRUST ISSUES
Soooo -
I am going to count al the things I have discovered in my life added up to make me feel like I had no value or as if I was a burden or something was wrong with me.
1. My mom was never really there for me. I guess that is why I listened to the last part of Im your puppet by Gregory and the Hawk while thinking of her. Never realized how sad it was, it was just how I felt and the music expressed that and made me feel better. Sad but better
2. All the bullies in elementary, including my 2 best friends
3. My great aunt who would always talk about everything I did wrong on the phone to all her friends while I could hear her and made me feel bad about everything and called me a b---- and said I was a mannerless awful child (she had dementia and my family was taking care of her)
4. Love #1 ...
5. Love #2 ... -
I highly recommend to anyone reading to think on what things in your life made you feel that way too. Because once you recognize them you can realize how strong and valuable you actually are to have gotten through being treated however you were treated.
