That's commonly known as morning wood.
I feel like people get horny when they're bored because their mind wanders around, many a times stumbling upon the part of their brain that gets them 'turned on', so to speak. A more focused and goal driven mind, however, is less likely to get 'turned on' due to the fact that they're more concerned about the task at hand rather than whatever 'gets them up', if you catch my drift. -

And it's always something to do while bored -
Yeah. I sometimes feel flustered or curious around that area when I'm bored.
