  As a moderator, I am inclined to do my job. This includes protecting the rights of all users. Even if I do not like you, or I do not appear to like you, please do not be afraid to come up to me if you want a favor. This includes having threads locked, threads moved, a post marked, a "moderator" shout out, or anything I can do to help make your experience on GTQ wonderful.
  
  If you are still uncomfortable with me, do not be afraid to approach the other moderators... Our jobs come before our personal feelings.
