Up at 5am get home at 6 sometimes 7 pm get home eat play skyrim for afew mins pass out thats my life atm im f---ing losing my mind im dead inside i wanna quit so badly this place really hurts
Im physically sore im mentally devoid of feeling other than resentment and fatigue seriously i dont get paid enougj for all this stress -
There's usually some way that things can improve. I'm not sure how or what, but something will get better sometime.

I get paid the literal minimum but i have to do so much im a foreman i have to make sure everything is done right etc etc etc but i get the same pay as a geberal labourer

Is that something that you can bring up? Maybe get that pay raised just a bit?
