Girl 1: (spoken word) Welcome to Arcata International!
Company: (sung) Welcome, welcome, welcome!
Indigo: Welcome to Arcata International,
Where freedom is ideational!
Truly, it is quite hellish.
And don't think me overzealous!
But soon well crash and burn,
Which is none of my concern!
Cynthia: (spoken word) Ignore Indigo,
She's a bit sensitive.
And it gives her furies!
No worries!
Join us!
Company: (whisper) Join us, join us!
Charles: Welcome to Arcata International,
Where our students are irrational.
But me?
I'm the real MVP
Captain of the mathlete team and six foot three!
Trust me, were not as nerdy as we may seem!
All the other kids are losers-
Growing up to be abusers,
School shooters!
I have a future I-
Cynthia+Indigo: Charles!
Charles: Sorry, sorry. I'm Charles, what's yours?
Danny: U-um, I'm Danny.
And I'm a little nervous.
I don't want to be of disservice,
But- show me around?
Charles: Sure! -

Co:Creep! (Sung)
Girl 2: I know right, a total freak!
Co: Freak! (Sung)
Cynthia: Shut up!
Girl 1: Don't be talking now, Estes.
Girl 2: Your brother killed Victor!
Girl 1: Yeah!
*girls giggle and exit the stage*
Cynthia: God I need a break,
They'll never leave me alone at this rate.
Can I be saved from this heartache?
Is it fate?
Is it his destiny?
To be a notorious killer?
Framed for all to see?
This is no B-rated thriller!
This is real life!
Arcata High will be the end of us all.
Without anyone to save us from the strife,
It's not long before we fall!
Indigo: Relax, Cynthia, really!
My heart breaks for you.
But this is silly!
You need to get through!
Charles can take care of himself,
No need to worry!
You need to take care of yourself
In this flurry!
This school will be the end of you,
You can get through!
But only if you commit to it!
Otherwise, you're doomed to be a misfit.
Cynthia: I get it, Indie.
Hold the speech for me.
Really!
I now know who I have to be.
I can grow,
Be what this town needs.
I didn't know,
Not before but my deeds-
They can shape this town.
Indigo: Yeah, okay! (Sarcastically)
And I'm the lecturer, right?
*they both laugh* -

Bumping this so I remember to put Charles's song about indigo here
-
Sung:
Indigo, my french jewel.
Her eyes of blue diamonds,
She's a monarch's rule.
Those blue almonds,
Ghastly and bright.
She's a goddess,
My summer's light.
Oh how I beg to be with her,
What a pity Im loves goner.
Please, lord, I beg on my knees.
Bring me there,
Where time will freeze.
Bring me where
Our love can grow.
Out in the country.
In the moonlit snow.
Where the only warmth is our bodies close,
Out in the country where time has froze.
Her touch ghostly,
A devils hand.
It rocks me coldly,
In her fairys land.
A succubuss bite,
The nights undead,
She is my odd delight.
My favorite bloodshed.
Oh how I beg to be with her,
What a pity Im loves goner.
Please, lord, I beg on my knees.
Bring me there,
Where time will freeze.
Bring me where
Our love can grow.
Out in the country.
In the moonlit snow.
Where the only warmth is our bodies close,
Out in the country where time has froze
Her voice choral,
A siren's song.
To win her laurel
Is what I long.
She is my echo,
My newest allures
A white sparrow,
A disease with no cure.
Her skin soft,
Light and glowing.
Like mid-autumns frost.
A delicate roses physique!
The form of languid Aphrodite!
Oh, how I long for a peak.
Imagine, my eyes on her form!

Cant help but to think that-
CHARLES: [sung] Rumors
COMPANY: [sung] Rumors!

[Sung:]
INDIGO: Did you know-
COMPANY: No!
INDIGO: Did you see-
COMPANY: No!
INDIGO: Did you hear-
COMPANY: No!
INDIGO: [rap] This is useless!
Im a killjoy,
A total nuisance.
Im running to thrive,
To stay alive.
Dancing with knives,
They are chancing,
Betting their lives.
Its only a question,
Nothing more.
Im asking their confession
Or were done for.
We need this justice
To end this immorality.
Or no one is to be trusted
In the face of brutality.
They separate us like
We are black and white.
When we are quite alike
Due to our universal plight.
We are one in our common panic.
Wielding the gun,
The man is manic.
We are all on the run
From the same man.
Yet we segregated ourselves
And that is where our dilemma began.
We need a cessation
Of this segregation.
Before being led to our devastation.
Unity is indispensable,
Anything otherwise is insensible.
Cooperation is a must
In times of distrust.
And in times of duplicity,
We mustn't give into toxicity.
And that's all I have rn -
damn thats good
