Ahh, I'm sorry. ;; I was trying to find an app for scores so I could have sheets on the go.

I haven't been on here because I've been so caught up in school and music. We took EOG's last week and will get scores back next week. I want to show my teachers that I passed with flying colors so they'll leave me alone and quit throwing more tests on me.

My math teacher is giving us a unit test over systems on Monday, a vocabulary test on Tuesday, and another one on Wednesday. I can't wait for this school year to be over. I'm over it. I'm drained.

He is the worst math teacher I've ever had in my entire life. He rarely ever properly teachers. He tells me straight to my face that he doesn't care whether or not I fail or if I'm happy with my grades because I don't pay him. I'm passing with a 90 because I've had to teach myself a majority of the material this year, and I work so hard. He has failed me as a student.

School gets out on the 23rd, I play at the high school graduation that Friday, I get June and half of July off, there's band camp, and freshman year starts. I don't get that long of a break this year.

As much as I want a break, I'm also excited for high school. It's a different school with different rules and different people. You get to choose your classes rather than being placed randomly in classes minus the ones you pay to be in like band or choir. We have pathways that help you prepare for a future career in adulthood, and I'm going two. My pathways are music and healthcare science. I'm taking music theory, music technology, and biology as my electives. The other elective is band.

I also have honors math and ELA, but the high school calls it honors algebra one and honors literature and comprehension. It sounds fancy, but it's probably just the same thing but harder.

high school isn't all that bad but the change in atmosphere was a bit hard for me to adjust to when i first got settled in
you're treated like a Big Kid, at least by the staff, and there's more expectations for you when it comes to being responsible and being and doing things on time
but overall it's not bad -
I'm going to take June to sleep as much as I can. It's the only full month of break I get. I am always tired. June is dedicated to sleeping from eight at night to noon the next day every day.

I feel like I'm destined for something great too. It feels far, but I know it's not. I just don't want the "I'm treating you like this to prepare you for college and the professors you'll have." Because guess what? I'm fourteen and in high school for a reason.
