You aren't beyond help. I know that how you're feeling right now can cloud up your thoughts and you can't think anything else, but it isn't true. I know exactly how you feel. I had to text a crisis textline last night because I was also having suicidal thoughts. You aren't alone and we aren't much different.
Besides, if you're going to do it anyway, then why not try at least calling? Please, just try. I believe in you and that you can be okay. -
