I find it funny how you guys argue so f---ing much instead of politely correcting them then ignoring. I mean, jesus. You can't just go after Drew. It takes two to start an external argument. So yeah

Wouldn't it be correct if a sentence with the word "they" were structured like this?

Why do you mix in people that actually suffer from something real and people that just include themselves in fake trends?

It's really not a trend. It's serious, and you really need help if you do things like that for attention. It's people like that who ruin it for the entire community. Put yourself in Madison's shoes, my shoes, or Rode's. Imagine how difficult it is to live with yourself knowing that you do not identify with the sex you were born is. Try being misgendered nearly every time you turn around because trust me. It's not funny. It's not for attention.

I'm all for transgenders, because again, they transcend among something that is real and has existed through an evolutionary process and they suffer from gender dysphoria. The whole "agender, demi" other crap is just a mindless made-up Tumblr manifesto that somehow became pervasive to many people. I'm for you, but not for people that berate you for having skepticism about something as absurd and laughable as what they are getting triggered over. -

Just because you don't believe in that person's gender doesn't mean you absolutely cannot use their pronouns. Respect people's pronouns.
