No, I use hot drinks and lemon but the effects don't last long

Well, saline spray is good stuff. Bit unpleasant to apply but it does the job.

Yeah, I normally use it when I have some kind illness. That and pills.
It's not that bad. You basically just get saltwater up your nose, which for some reason my sister hates but I'm ok with. -
I'm okay with saltwater too. This feels like pressure in my head so I don't know if it would help. Going to see if there's any lemons in kitchen.
