I only lock threads for approximately ten minutes in order to clear out spam and ensure spammers have gone. ^^ It's understandable to be upset, and I'm sorry I didn't say much more about it.

Yes, the thread will be opened. Rather, it is open.
We aren't able to straight out ban people, but by marking a lot of an account's posts, it will either 1. suspend the account or 2. delete it.
This thread is locked, therefore no new posts can be made.
