If you're going to say because "trolls will bump it" at least make that clear when you are locking the thread. Also, not a lot of trolls find the Workshop as the hotbed spamming forum, so there's slim chances it would be bumped or whatever.
So this is for personal use and they can't do that. -
Hey, um actually trolls do go on there to post their art when it's hers. it is not for personal needs

Technically speaking, the thread's "worth" has ended. They decided they no longer want it in use, and therefore locked it so no one could bump it. That way, it will become another inactive thread, and trolls will not be able to bring it back up when the owner doesn't want it.
