I'm running out of space on my tablet. Without erasing pictures and music, how can I gain back space?

Videos hold a bunch of memory.
Have you cleared Cache memory? -
I have a few videos but I don't want to delete them because they are from an anime convention I went to. ;-; I recorded a Japanese band and stuff..
I tried that with every app.
