By not doing your work, procrastinating, not studying, failing classes, etc
You will start to fall behind
And it's easier to keep up than it is to catch up, remember that. -

I need a schedule where I'm doing things to keep my mind from dark places -
School isn't really the best place to raise positivity. That I really know. But I lose my mind without people around or without following a schedule.
