because I have two tiny ones in the inside of my mouth and it kind of stings

Yes. I've had many, many of those.

I heard one of the causes of getting it is eating spicy things or emotional stress. .A. They suck.

If you swish your mouth with saltwater before you go to bed, it can help them heal. At least, that's what I've always been told.

When I said saltwater I meant, y'know, normal water with a bit of salt dissolved in it, not seawater. Just btw.
