That is the main point. Trolls will not follow the rules, but serious users will do follow and when mods will be offline, they can report those trolls. But if there is no rule saying that then if some user, even if they ain't troll, bumps a thread unknowingly will get reported by people who know that one should not bump old threads.

It takes a real special kind of ignorance to bump old thread unintentionally, though.
I'm fine, it was years ago. I just meant that anything can kill someone, even something that's supposed to help. -
Doctors almost killed my mom. She only had 6 hours left to live but she's ok now.
