Erosian: Hope you know the meaning. I made this because, when a person bumps old threads, he/she gets reported, but their is no rule that says 'don't bump old posts.' And the general guideline, "post whatever your mom can see" doesn't covers this because your mom can see you bumping old posts. That's why I made these rules. Compare it with the GTQ rules.

I get it, but those who do bump old threads are trolls and they don't care about the rules anyway, so, since these rules are common sense, there doesn't seem to be much point. No offense, of course. I just don't want you to waste your time.
