oh s--- I forgot my favorite part
my coworkers didn't know what was going on until the woman went ballistic and tried breaking down the window
they all came over and asked what was happening and I told them "she's thinking about what she's done" -
somehow I missed the dream aspect and damn son I thought fast food was intense

all my customers have been great
no one's called me a b---- yet -

*not to say that's the case with all fast food jobs, obviously
there were some nasty people when I worked at KFC -
haha
so KFC has ruder customers? -
yeah, yet
I refuse to get my hopes up
my customers so far have been unrealistically nice so far
some last night asked me to sing for them, took a video and told me I was amazing
a guy gave me a tip and told me I was a joy
an old lady hit on me and asked when I work next so she could come see me again
a few people ask about the songs I'm playing and then jam out in their cars to them while they wait for their food
a guy gave me a little piece of paper with a really nice inspirational quote on it
all of this happened last night
all in one night
and it's been nothing but s--- like that for a solid month
I don't know what's going on but these people have been so kind to me -
that sounds so great
so are you allowed to like have your own music playing while you work or something? -
Yeah, man. I think part of it is the location firstly. KFC was within walking distance of my house, dead in the middle of a pretty standard, middle class town. Taco Bell is in Kirkwood, which is a higher income area. I think my customers here just have it a little easier, giving them less bitterness to take out on the nearest service worker. In addition, the atmosphere is different. When people came to KFC, it was generally for a big meal for their families, or for lunch after church or something like that. Taco Bell is pretty casual. I've got cars full of teenagers ordering just a bunch of slushies at midnight, stoners with the munchies, people in general just out to have a good time. Even the older people that come around here are more fun.

it's not really about the type of keyboard it is so much as the keys being small and in weird places
