have you tried those rubber glove things

the only gloves we have in the store only cover up to your wrist and I'd have to take them off and put on a new pair every time I had to stop doing dishes to take an order
the burns go all the way up to my elbows and I don't think they'd let me use as many gloves as that would take anyway -
that sounds problematic :/

it's the only downside I've found to this job so far but it got really painful and I don't know if I can deal with that happening every single day -

why would you have to put on a new pair every time? couldn't you just reuse a pair if they are proper dishwashing gloves.

they're not though
they're just disposable rubber gloves you're supposed to wear when you're making food
they'd get shredded and I'd have to replace them when they did -
actually since they're so short the water would get in anyway
I don't know
it really doesn't matter I'm just gonna hope it gets better -
