I mean, no more than anywhere else, I think. A while ago the rain was sideways and you couldn't see further than a foot into it and it knocked out everyone's power for days, but that's about the worst it's been for a while. Why would you assume it's bad here?

the next day I was out driving and as I was heading downhill toward a traffic light, I noticed that it was out
there was no traffic cutting across the intersection, and although I'm told there were signs posted, I didn't see any
I did notice people stopping at the dead light, although by the time I noticed, trying to stop would have destroyed my breaks, so I ended up driving right through it -
