You can now only make 2 threads a day if your novice or newbie and for those who wants to level up,well...Everytime you make a thread your level up bar goes down and if there is anything I missed post it here.

Well, that's annoying. Especially because I make new threads on the forums pretty often. I don't appear to have a limit on the number of threads I can make every day, though.
