Well, I guess I know. Letting things go can be a little easier. You really just need to talk to someone about it. Try to ask for help from someone.

Second of all, I didn't say all people hate themselves dumb---
I hate myself because I can never be happy with what I have. I always seem to want more or less. By the time I realized I f---ed up, it is way too late. -

I see. I can't really scoop up advice to help you with that. All I can say is think out of the box. Look at what other people have. How do people who get what they want act? How about people with nothing at all? Just think about the littlest things and you'll see.
