hibiscus and clown are both computer programs that operate for Sankyu and other fashion chains (constellation clubs and centrals that are meant to compete against eachother but all are operated by Cy) computers
the programs were specially built by Cy to meet the needs of her test subjects for MODAL project which creates the ability for the person to grow
to turn into an adult miraculously, but also with another persona, a new identity
and also give them personal info no other person is allowed to see
they kind of are seen as illegal objects and if they were ever found by government officials outside the line of japan where the kosmos aliens reside
big trouble would come
but Koski has both the Hibiscus and Clown programs on her computer since she is rising in fame as a moderu ever since she was put into Cy's MODAL project -
