It may feel better to internalize it, but if you need help then you should make sure to notify your friends. Having people to talk to always helps heal wounds. Take that from a man who spends all his days in battle!

Though it is always good to have a medic by your side, as I like to say. You never know when you may need the help of others. I hope your boyfriend is working tirelessly to help at this very moment
