Thread Topic: I want to know
-
Tell me things I won't hear from everyone else. Don't tell me you have a bunch of siblings, or no siblings, or that you're really great at art, or that you're secretly really sad or that you think people are afraid of you. Tell me something special about you. Tell me what you think about when it's dark and there's nothing else preoccupying your mind. Tell me exactly what you want the world to be. Tell me about those perfect scenarios you've played out in your mind with someone you love. Tell me what you'll do as a parent if you plan to have kids. Tell me as much as you like, but don't tell me things I could hear from anyone else. Or ignore the thread, which is equally as likely. I'd just really like to find some point of interest in all of you. Please and thank you.

I hate thinking at night because my mind comes back to the one thing that scares me more than anything. Death. I know I'm eighteen and I have like sixty years before that happens, but you never know when your life can be cut short by illness or external forces. And I fear it. I fear not being able to grow old or living miserably with some disease. I honestly fear growing up because of that. I simply don't want to die of anything other than old age.

If I were to ever have children, I would raise them to be gender neutral. Why? If they want to be a boy, they can be a boy. If they want to be a girl, they can be a girl. They can be whatever they want, and I will love them unconditionally. They will be homeschooled, so they will not be bullied. I will never let what happened to me happen to them. I'll probably end up adopting my children because I am transgender.

You two are brilliant. Thank you.

No one knows the following things about me:
I want to adopt children. I don't care what their gender, age, or race is. I will love them no matter what.
I want to study astronomy. I want to know about stars, and comets, and planets, and so much more. I want to know if their is alien life somewhere. I want to know if people really can/could live on mars, or any other plant other than earth. I look up to Neil Degrasse Tyson. He is my idol. -

Sorry of this is not what you are looking for or anything, but, I tried to do it. I'm half asleep so it might not be.
When I am in a dark room with nothing else to do, not much goes through my mind. I tend to think about things from this philosophy book I have, the things within it, and how they are true and , however, possibly fake. I think about what really is and is possibly fake in this world, because, who knows, we may still be dreaming and not have fully awaken from our slumber truly, yet that is. One of the things I think on is the possi ility that after we die, presumably, in this version of our world, that that is when we truly and fully awaken as our real selves. For how the world should be, how should it really be? The way I see it should be is a world where there are no upper-class, middle-class, and lower-class citizens, there is no discrimination between sex, sexuality, looks, or whatever, a world wherein itself , there is no war only peace. A world where we live in harmony with nature, not cutting her down for land and things, we should love and worship nature, as I see it anyway. A scenario I have played repeatedly in my head with one I love, it is not really much, there is no such thing as perfect but this basically is it, I guess. Maybe a year or two or more after dating eaxhother, learning about each other, and finding a truth hidden in each other, possibly getting married, a simple thing to save money, if you truly love someone money and looks should not matter, and the ways of it should not either unless it is a tradition they have. As for a proposition if I would do it, I would likely do it at the bedside, one early morning with breakfast in bed made for them, they waking up to a beautiful day with breakfast, and carved on the food reading "Marry me?" and a ring in the water. Maybe not the best to many or most but it seems good to me, after I have not really put much thought into it though, I shall think more over time and add to and see more. As a parent, I plan to help the child grow up, help them grow strong, teach thwno to watch out for themselves because there Will not always be someone there to help you and you have to send for yourselves. I will read them parts from my philosophy book, and have them think about the meaning of each and every part of it to fetthem thinking good, teaching them to think about many things in life. I'll tell them we all lie, we all die, and to lie when needed, and that it is okay to take chances with things, just not heavy chances, and to try and do the best in their life and so as I have to their young. Mostly, they shall bethwor own person in a way, they say they want to be one thing, them hey, sure you can. Nothing is impossible, if you truly want something go for it. They can be bi, homosexual, or whatever they want and I shall respect their decision, or Atleast I hope. This is all off of thought though, not all is true and it is bound to change over time. -

Olive, honestly, I could easily help you if you wanted.
Meh, there's not a whole lot about me that no one on here knows, but if I had to pick something really random and about of the blue that wouldn't really come up in conversation, I'd have to say that before all my fascination with space and physics and even quantum physics, Out of all things I was interested first in my life, I was interested in paleontology (and yes I've known that word since I was like 4 or 5 XD) and mainly dinosaurs, but what's weird is is even though most kids get a small curiosity about that, I used to be about dinos like a pro baseball player knows what the game of baseball is and how to play it. I am sort of obsessed with marine myths.... I actually believe in the Loch Ness monster and have spent countless hours looking up old documents and first person reviews... and there are some sure myths I like to read about, like the popular myths of the bermuda triangle and alantis, but also some local folktales like Kelpie, I also enjoy studying old maps portraying those sea serpents in the ocean used to frighten sailors from exploring the world's end... I also read a lot about different water myths and experiences... I really don't care about the factual information in it all, I just really like reading about it and it always gives me an void-like feeling that lures me... I mean, when I think about it I just imagine the ocean so wide and empty... it is like wandering in complete darkness; you don't know what is in there or where it is, you just know it might be there. And umm, apart from the myths I also like oceanography in general.
Probst you it what you wanted, but I've had that saved onto my clipboard forever and I needed to get it out..
I guess you could say that my obsession with it is more than just a typical ovsession, though, because it opens up a piece of me that is curious and daring. A part of me hidden from the naked eye.., -

Sad lonely guy NewbieDon't be bored:
I really want to know about the universe, time travel and wormholes. I like psychology, and I can tell by face. I want to know about Paradox. I like white holes. And I discovered that:
We can see the past.
Now you will be questioned to ownself, How?
Answer: Light travels at a limited speed. And I hope that you guys know about Light Year. And we know that stars are many many light years away. So take that- a star is 5 light years away from earth therefore the light from the star will take 5 years to come to earth. And we know that we can see something only when light is present. Hence, we will see the star that was 5 years ago. As in this case, some stars are million light years away some are more. So we see the star that was million years ago or more. Maybe I am wrong, if wrong forgive me.
