But imagine the life of other kids, orphans, adopted children w/ cruel abusive parents...

It WOULD matter. You are important to many people, and you may not realize that. If people don't care about you, if you were to be seriously hurt, they WOULD care, for they would want to know about your health status and they would be very anxious without even realizing that themselves. Don't kill yourself, either. That's a choice that can't be changed once its chosen.
