  once she kills the monster, she finds where it lived and she found out that it had been watching her for a long time. it was a friend of the family and has been gaurding over her her entire life. stuff like he's the reason she wasnt caught when she was a wolf.

  Hey yeah! Like in the third night a wolf will kill her but the monster comes out and kills it and runs away and she doesn't know what goes on.

  She was abandoned, remember? She doesn't know who her family is, you only see them in book 6, but OK, I'll make her dad a sheriff.

  because part of the discrace was that the sheriffs daughter was a vampire, and its the reason they couldnt just hide it.

  Book 5: The sould digger.
  
  When she had killed the monster, another came up and it's the soul digger, it diggs up the souls of vampires, werwolves and humans, and doesn't let their soulds run free so they are bound to earth and can't rest in peace, it's coming after Roeth sent by Duke Shale because she's such a disgrace to his family (They are brother and sister, remember?) but she goes to an island where Eliot Hartley lived, he had a cottage on that island but it was unknown and hard to get to, so a band of pirates help her but they are also vampires that had vampire hunting families and left in disgrace (yayz for the vampire pirates!) she unearthes the sword and kills the soul digger, setting free all the souls it dug up.

  one of the souls was the monster thats been watching her, he rematerealized and has a mortal form again. and he decides to help her through her journey.
