The next time Alana awoke she was in a bright white hospital room. Her leg and arm were in a tight cast, and there was bandages all over her face and forehead. "Huh??" she said. "Where am-" she stopped midsentence when she saw Alex walk through the door followed by her parents. Alex sat down on the side of her bed and brushed the hair gently out of her face. "You were barely alive when I found you in that woods. Those wolves... they looked like they knew you. Without them you would've been dead before I showed up." He kissed her lightly then looked into her eyes. "You're alive... You've been in a coma for weeks now. I was so worried..." he stopped when Alana looked up at him and raised her unbroken arm around his neck. "Thanks. For everything." then she kissed him. "Well then..." her father said getting up. "We're really glad you're still alive, hun. If it weren't for Alex here you would've died right there on the side of the road. Don't worry about the convertible. I'll buy you a new one when you're healed, okay?" He hugged her lightly, followed by her mother. "We'll leave you two alone now." her mom said, shutting the door lightly behind them.

Vamp was tired of sitting in the hotel room. She transported to the woods there she saw that red eyed girl again. She was on the ground unconcious.

After about an hour of talking and kissing and smiling, Alana fell asleep. Alex receeded to his chair in the back of the room, and watched her sleep. It was pleasant to know that she was still alive. His life depended on hers. They would share the same fate. But that is because of something unknown to anyone at the time. Alex was Alana's other half.

Jacob and Sisi gambled in Las Vegas and stayed at the Belagio, but while they were there, the new moon was over and theey turned into wolves again, so they ran back to maryland
They never paid the hotel for their room, so Chan ans Scar came and paid for them

in maryland they paid a visit to Lerini and Quincy, even though they couldn't talk to them. They wanted to see how the renovatons were going

A flock of crows flew over the forest, black wings glistening in the light. Abruptly, the swooped downwards, circling around the prone form of Almnestia, and the girl Vamp, then perching in nearby trees.
One hopped onto the ground, and gave Almnestia a prod with his beak. Then he looked up, and squawked, with Lerini's voice, "Well, Vamp, what trouble have you gotten into this time?" -
Almnestia was starting to release a black liquid from her jet black hair, and no, it wasn't hair colouring

Quincy was at the house, answering his email, when Sisi and Jacob arrived at his door.
"Ah...Hello..." he said uncertainly. Quincy wished Lernini was at the house. It made him feel more secure. -
Sisi could read his thoughts and growled, just for the fun of it. Jacob did to and stepped towards Quincy, licking his lips....
